REFUND POLICY
LG Consulting seeks to offer you a satisfying customer experience while working with us through our website. For a successful completion of your project(s), we will need to obtain additional information about your needs as it relates to the service(s) you are receiving through our website.
We obtain information about your needs during your free consultation(s) which are offered as a part of our ‘Services’. In order for you to receive a consultation, you will need to make an appointment on our website. Consultations are an important part of our process, include up to five hours per project and are based on our company's availability. Once you have made your payment for our service(s), appointments can be made by completing the Appointment Form found under the Appointment’s tab on our website.
When making your appointment, please fill out the form completely and provide three (3) good dates and times in the message section of the form as to when you can discuss your project via telephone.
Upon receiving your appointment information, we will contact you by telephone at one of the meeting dates/times you’ve provided based on our availability. During our telephone meetings, we will consult with you on the successful completion of your project.
If you have not made an appointment on our website within 3 business days of your initial payment, LG Consulting will provide a complete refund of your initial purchase.
In addition, if we are unable to reach you by telephone to discuss your project at either of the dates/times you have provided on the Appointment Form where you stated you’d be available, we will make three attempts to reach you at the email address you provided when placing your order in an attempt to reschedule your appointment. If after the third attempt, we are unsuccessful in reaching you via email, we will provide a complete refund of your initial purchase. ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL!
